Money well spent, movies pop — I do not know why we waited so long to buy a Blu-ray OPPO, but this was worth waiting.

With the advent of a new generation of high density discs to replace DVDs, it is easy for consumers to be confused about which format to upgrade to. The two competing formats, Blu-Ray and HD DVD, both offer a significant upgrade in video and audio quality; but as standalone players for both formats can retail for several hundreds of pounds, it is understandable that consumers do not want to end up buying the new Betamax.

I shot a low-end Magnavox BluRay player with Walmart, when I received this Panasonic. The difference is like day and night. The picture quality is excellent - the sound quality amazing. I use it with my NEC projector and displays one of eight feet. Installation was a breeze and the load time is half of what it is with the Magnavox. Overall I'm very happy with the car. One thing - do not go out and buy double BluRay-DVD does not replace your older BluRay discs. Is not necessary. A regular DVD looks fantastic on this machine. Save your money for the new versions. If you want to see what this machine can really, you buy the BBC series Planet Earth Earth - The Complete BBC Series. The quality is amazing. I would recommend this machine for those who seek to BluRay for the first time.

Totally satisfied with this camera! My old Sony TV 1080i HD component inputs (my tv is older HDMI) and the picture is stunning! No complaints whatsoever.

The sound quality of different codecs is much better than HD DVD, I'm using the analog audio outputs for multi-channel feed my old Onkyo TX-SR601 and AR HC6 speakers in a room very small life, and I am completely satisfied with the quality (I work as a sound engineer for television broadcast).
